1. Service Cancellations

  • One-Time Projects: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of your initial purchase for a full refund, provided that our team has not yet commenced work on your project.
  • Subscription Services: For ongoing monthly services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for the remaining days of a billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the type of service purchased:

  • Full Refunds: Issued if we are unable to fulfill the service as described or if a technical error on our part prevents the delivery of the service.
  • Partial Refunds: If a project is cancelled after work has begun but before completion, a partial refund may be issued proportional to the unearned portion of the service fee, minus any administrative costs or third-party expenses already incurred.
  • Non-Refundable: Completed digital deliverables (such as delivered SEO Audits, finalized Website Designs, or completed Data Reports) that have been sent to and accessed by the client are generally non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please follow these steps:

  3. Our team will review your request and provide a formal response within 5-7 business days.

4. Payment Processing and Refunds

All payments and refunds are processed securely through Stripe.

  • Once a refund is approved, it will be issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.

5. Dispute Resolution

We encourage our clients to contact us directly to resolve any issues regarding our services. We are committed to finding a fair solution for every client. Please note that initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in the immediate suspension of all current services.
